If the power went out this is what I would do to stay cool.
1, go in the basement it is always cold down there.
2, get in our new pool.
3, would invite someone over to have a water fight.
4, attack my sisters with the hose.

With no power you might need to check on whether you could use your pool or run the water. Both things take power to run. I’m glad your number 1 was going in the basement as long as it’s not dark.

We would be able to swim in the pool but the filter wouldn’t work.
